Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize chemical production processes for efficiency and cost reduction.
• Conduct process simulations, calculations, and feasibility studies .
• Implement new technologies and automation techniques for improved production.

Production & Quality Control

• Monitor chemical reactions, equipment performance, and production quality .
• Troubleshoot operational issues and propose solutions .
• Ensure quality control standards are met in chemical manufacturing.

Safety & Environmental Compliance

• Follow safety protocols and ensure adherence to environmental regulations .
• Conduct risk assessments and implement hazard control measures .
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for chemical handling and waste disposal.

Research & Development

• Collaborate with R&D teams to develop new products and formulations .
• Test and evaluate raw materials, catalysts, and process improvements .
• Work on sustainability projects to reduce waste and environmental impact.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain detailed reports on chemical processes, test results, and improvements .
• Provide technical guidance and support to production teams.
• Assist in budget planning and cost estimation for new projects.
