Job Summary:

We are looking for dedicated and customer-focused Ground Staff to ensure smooth airport operations, assist passengers, and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a professional demeanor .

Key Responsibilities:

Passenger Assistance & Customer Service

• Greet and assist passengers during check-in, boarding, and baggage handling .
• Provide flight information, directions, and support to travelers .
• Handle passenger complaints, delays, and special requests .

Airport Operations & Safety Compliance

• Ensure security procedures and airline regulations are followed.
• Assist in baggage screening, tagging, and lost luggage handling .
• Coordinate with airline crew, security, and ground handling teams.

Ticketing & Documentation

• Issue boarding passes and verify travel documents .
• Process reservations, ticket modifications, and cancellations .
• Maintain records of passenger details and flight schedules .
