Key Responsibilities

1. Client Relationship Management

2. Business Development & Revenue Growth

• Identify and acquire new clients while maintaining existing relationships.

• Meet and exceed revenue and business growth targets.

3. Financial Advisory & Solution Selling

• Understand clients ' financial goals and provide tailored solutions.
• Offer investment, banking, or business solutions based on client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to customize offerings and enhance client experience.

4. Risk & Compliance Management

• Ensure all client transactions and relationships comply with regulatory and company policies.
• Monitor client accounts for risk exposure and recommend suitable risk management strategies.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in financial regulations.

5. Market & Competitor Analysis

• Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.
• Monitor competitor activities and develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Provide insights and reports to senior management for strategic decision-making.

6. Team Collaboration & Leadership

• Work with internal teams, including product specialists, credit analysts, and operations teams, to deliver excellent client service.
• Mentor and guide junior relationship managers.
• Contribute to training programs and knowledge-sharing sessions.
