Job Description
Key Responsibilities :- Recruit, train, and develop a skilled team of insurance agents, offering continuous coaching and guidance to help them achieve their full potential.
-Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
-Promote a culture of exceptional customer service, ensuring client needs are met and exceeded consistently.
-Analyze competitors activities and market trends to maintain a competitive advantage and uncover new business opportunities.
-Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders, building strong relationships internally and externally.
-Actively pursue new clients through networking, prospecting, and participation in industry events.
-Identify and qualify leads, schedule meetings, and understand client requirements to offer personalized insurance solutions.
-Participate actively in industry networking events to foster lasting professional connections.Candidate Profile :- Graduation is mandatory.
-At least 1 year of experience in BFSI and Life Insurance.
-Age: 22 to 38 years.
