Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals for our Voice Process team. The role involves handling customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction for both international and domestic clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Resolve queries related to products, services, billing, or complaints
.
Provide accurate information and solutions in a timely manner.
Maintain a polite and professional tone during calls.
Follow call scripts and company guidelines to ensure quality service.
Record customer interactions and feedback in the system.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Meet performance targets such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and quality standards.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English (for the international process) or regional languages (for the domestic process).
Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to navigate CRM software.
Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Degree/ Diploma, HSC
Experience: Freshers or experienced candidates can apply.
Shifts: Flexible to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts for international processes).
