SAP SOFTWARE OPERATOR

Key Responsibilities

1. SAP Data Management & Order Processing

• Enter and update sales orders, purchase orders, and invoices in SAP (S/4HANA, ECC, or relevant module) .
• Process and manage dispatches, returns, and stock transfers.
• Maintain accurate records of batch numbers, expiry dates, and product tracking.

2. Inventory & Warehouse Management

• Monitor stock levels and ensure proper inventory control using SAP MM (Material Management) .
• Coordinate with warehouses and ensure timely stock replenishment.
• Generate stock reports and reconcile physical stock with SAP records.

3. Billing & Invoicing

• Generate invoices, credit notes, and sales reports using SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) .
• Ensure compliance with GST, HSN codes, and pharma regulations in billing.

4. Compliance & Documentation

• Maintain pharma compliance reports as per DCGI, FDA, and GST norms .
• Ensure proper documentation of purchase and sales records for audits.
• Support regulatory reporting using SAP compliance modules .

5. Coordination & Support

• Coordinate with sales teams, distributors, and logistics partners for order fulfillment.
• Work closely with finance and accounts teams to ensure smooth transaction processing.
• Troubleshoot SAP-related issues and support end-users in resolving technical queries.
