Sales And Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Lead Generation

• Promote and sell cars to potential customers by understanding their needs.
• Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and digital marketing.
• Follow up with leads to convert them into successful sales.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

2. EMI Collection & Record Keeping

• Collect EMI payments from customers and ensure timely deposits.
• Update payment records on computer systems and physical ledgers .
• Track outstanding payments and follow up with customers for due collections.

3. Social Media & Content Creation

• Manage and update company social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.) .
• Create engaging content, including photos, videos, and promotional campaigns .
• Run online advertisements and marketing campaigns to attract potential buyers.

4. RTO Fees Handling

• Assist customers with RTO (Regional Transport Office) processes , including registration and tax payments.
• Ensure accurate documentation and fee processing related to car sales.

5. Daily Operations & Computer Work

• Maintain and update sales, marketing, and financial records on Excel, CRM, or company software .
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance.
• Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support.
• Assist with any additional administrative tasks as required.
