We 're seeking an experienced Regional Warehouse In-charge to oversee our spare parts warehouse operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and shipment of spare parts, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and inventory accuracy. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise Warehouse Staff: Lead a team of warehouse employees, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient and safe operations. 2. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, track inventory movement, and optimize storage capacity to minimize waste and reduce costs. 3. Receipt and Storage: Ensure accurate receipt and storage of spare parts, including inspection, labeling, and put-away. 4. Order Fulfillment: Coordinate picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. 5. Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure accurate and efficient handling of spare parts. 6. Safety and Security: Ensure a safe and secure working environment, enforcing safety protocols and conducting regular safety inspections. 7. Performance Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular reports to management on warehouse operations, inventory levels, and employee performance. 8. Employee Development and Training: Provide training, coaching, and development opportunities to warehouse staff to enhance skills and knowledge. Requirements: 1. Education: Graduate in any stream, Diploma in SCM would be preferable. 2. Experience: 7-8 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role. 3. Skills: - Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. - Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software. - Strong analytical and mathematical skills. 4. Personal Qualities: - Strong work ethic and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Excellent time management and organizational skills. - Strong customer service skills and focus on customer satisfaction.
