We re Hiring: Business ManagerLocations: Surat Adajan, Jamnagar, SilvassaExperience: 8 years in EdTech with multi-branch managementCompensation: 10 LPA - 14 LPAResponsibilities:- Ensure adherence to Sales & Operational process and Compliance.- Business ownership - Target/Achievement of revenue and non-revenue targets.- Initiate and innovate marketing strategies to increase sales and reduce costs.- Lead, motivate, acknowledge, and inspire the team to perform beyond expectations.- Be informed on relevant markets and coinciding target audiences- When required traveling to prospective schools across the Region for meeting stake holders and decision makers for the closing of the sales deals/tie ups.- Ownership of all Schools & Channel Partner relationships in the assigned region- Responsible for fulfilling manpower requirement in your territoryRequirements:- 10 years of experience in EdTech, with a focus on managing multiple branches- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams- Strong business acumen and growth-focused mindset (ref:updazz.com)
