Job Description
Counter SalesThe counter Sale Channel will be responsible for driving business growth, managing and mentoring a team of agents, and achieving sales targets in line with the company s strategic goals.Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of Direct Sales Representatives (DSRs) within the Agency Channel.
-Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the agency channel.
-Recruit, onboard, and train new agents in line with company policies.
-Develop strong relationships with key clients and ensure excellent service delivery.
-Provide regular market feedback to the senior management for the development of new products or adjustments to existing offerings.
