Job Description
Candidates have to find new clients and meeting with them, understand their requirements or discuss our products for the same.&
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
- Identify and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals .
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients .
- Conduct product/service presentations and sales pitches .
- Achieve sales targets and revenue goals .
2. Marketing Strategy & Brand Promotion
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to attract customers.
- Promote the company s products/services through digital and traditional marketing .
- Collaborate with the design team to create brochures, social media content, and promotional materials .
3. Market Research & Competitor Analysis
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities .
- Research competitors and suggest pricing, positioning, and marketing strategies .
- Provide feedback to the management on customer needs and preferences .
4. Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain and update sales reports, CRM databases, and client records .
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, Product, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of sales and marketing activities.
