Key Responsibilities

1. Machine Operation & Setup

• Operate and monitor industrial machines, CNC machines, or automated equipment .
• Set up machines according to work orders and specifications .
• Adjust machine settings for speed, efficiency, and quality control .

2. Quality Control & Production Efficiency

• Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet company standards.
• Maintain a steady production flow while minimizing material waste.
• Follow safety protocols and operational guidelines .

3. Machine Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Perform routine maintenance to ensure machines run smoothly.
• Identify and troubleshoot minor mechanical or technical issues .
• Report serious breakdowns or malfunctions to the maintenance team.

4. Record Keeping & Compliance

• Document production reports, machine logs, and maintenance schedules .
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards .
• Coordinate with team members and supervisors for smooth operations.
