Required Project Coordinator - Mohali

About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented& Project Coordinator & to assist in managing IT projects. This role is ideal for freshers in IT project coordination. The Project Coordinator will work closely with the project managers, developers, and clients to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking IT project progress.
• Coordinate with different teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and meeting notes.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates.
• Identify potential risks and escalate issues to the project manager.
• Ensure projects adhere to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Use project management tools (JIRA, Trello etc.) to manage workflows.

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field.
• Freshers or up to& 1 year of experience & in IT project coordination or a similar role.
• Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with collaboration tools like Slack, Microsoft Teams, or Google Workspace.
• Interest in learning and growing within project management.
