3. Baggage Handling & Logistics

• Supervise luggage check-in, tagging, and loading onto aircraft .
• Assist in lost & found services and baggage claims .
• Ensure baggage follows airline safety weight and handling regulations .

4. Airport Operations & Customer Service

• Manage boarding procedures, gate announcements, and flight updates .
• Handle passenger complaints, queries, and escalations professionally.
• Coordinate with airline staff, cabin crew, and ground handling teams.

5. Documentation & Administrative Tasks

• Process boarding passes, visas, travel documents, and flight tickets .
• Maintain daily reports and operational logs for airline records.
• Work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays as per airport schedules .
