Job Description:

Customer Assistance: Respond to customer queries via chat, and phone regarding the listings, account management, application navigation, payments and search functions.

Issue Escalation: Collaborate with the team to escalate and resolve complex issues.

Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and report regarding issues or improvement suggestions to the product team.

Documentation: Maintain records of customer service KPI, interactions, common issues, and solutions in a database.

Proactive Outreach: Reach out to users to provide updates on new features, offers, and service changes.

Requirements:

Should possess basic computer knowledge like MS Word, Excel.&

Must be good at typing and multitasking& & & & & & &

Need good temperament for handling difficult customers& & & & & & & &

Good Interactive skills with good phone etiquette is a must.&
