We are looking for a Resource Recruitment Executive to handle end-to-end talent acquisition, ensuring that the right candidates are sourced, screened, and hired for various roles. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and a proactive approach to hiring .
Key Responsibilities:&

Talent Sourcing: Support the recruitment process by identifying, attracting, and screening potential candidates through job portals, social media, and other platforms.&

Interview Coordination: Assist with scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers.&

Job Postings: Create and manage job advertisements across various platforms and ensure they are updated regularly.&

Candidate Relationship Management: Maintain regular communication with applicants, providing timely updates and ensuring a positive candidate experience.&

Recruitment Reporting: Maintain recruitment databases and records, tracking key metrics such as time-to-fill and candidate pipeline progress.&

Onboarding Support: Assist in onboarding new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
