Junior Fashion Designer

Bespoke Menswears studio KMPC MEN, based out of Delhi is seeking a passionate and driven Junior Fashion Designer to join our team, specializing in bespoke menswear. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the creation of unique, high-quality garments and gain comprehensive experience in all facets of a bespoke fashion studio.
Role Overview: The Junior Fashion Designer will play a crucial role in the design and development of our bespoke menswear collections. You will work closely with senior designers and the production team, gaining hands-on experience in all stages of the garment creation process. This role demands a strong understanding of garment construction, pattern making, and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn. Responsibilities: & Design & Development: & & Assist in the conceptualization and development of new menswear designs, translating creative ideas into technical specifications. & & Create detailed sketches, technical drawings, and mood boards. & & Assist in the selection and sourcing of fabrics and trims. & & Source fabrics and trims from local and international suppliers. & & Manage and track sample development, ensuring timely delivery. & & Assist in fitting sessions and provide feedback for pattern adjustments. & & Familiarize yourself with all departments within the organization, including client relations, pattern making, tailoring, and finishing.
& Technical Skills: & & Utilize Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to create technical drawings, renderings, and presentations. & & Demonstrate a strong understanding of garment construction, including pattern making, draping, and sewing techniques.
