What Does an Oracle EPM Consultant Do?
Implement & Configure Oracle EPM solutions (PBCS, EPBCS, FCCS, Hyperion)
Automate Financial Planning budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
Optimize Financial Close with FCCS & ARCS
Integrate EPM with ERP systems for seamless data flow
Enhance Performance & Troubleshoot Issues

Key Responsibilities

1. Oracle EPM Implementation & Configuration

• Design, configure, and deploy Oracle EPM Cloud (Planning, FCCS, ARCS, PCMCS, and EDMCS) solutions.
• Provide technical and functional expertise for Oracle Hyperion applications (HFM, Planning, Essbase).
• Customize workflows, dashboards, and reporting to align with business requirements.

2. Business Analysis & Process Improvement

• Work closely with finance, accounting, and IT teams to gather business needs.
• Analyze existing performance management processes and recommend improvements.
• Develop and implement best practices for financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting .

3. System Integration & Data Management

• Integrate Oracle EPM solutions with ERP, data warehouses, and third-party applications .
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance across all financial reports.
• Develop and optimize ETL processes and automation workflows .

4. Training & User Support

• Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders .
• Provide troubleshooting and support for Oracle EPM-related issues.
• Create and maintain user manuals, documentation, and SOPs .

5. Performance Monitoring & Optimization

• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot errors, and optimize workflows .
• Implement automation, scripting, and process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Stay updated with Oracle EPM Cloud updates, patches, and new features .
