Need Retail Sales officer (RSO) Front Line for Electricals Trade:-
Designation- Retail Sales officer (RSO) Pay Roll- Under Team Lease (3rd party) Brand- BPL (Lights and Fans) Salary- upto 36,000/- (Gross) TA& Job Profile- (Utmost Frontline) Mainly Secondary selling in Electrical Outlets & handling Distributors outlet for sales & Collection. Age Limit- Below 35 Years Opening- 1 Nos. Locations- Kolkata, North 24 Parganas. Experience- Minimum 5 Years in Electricals Trade. (no other trade pls, Electricals background is a must) Education- Graduate. Biker Preferred.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Assistance & Sales

• Greet customers and provide friendly and personalized service .
• Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate products .
• Demonstrate and explain product features and benefits .
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets .

2. Product Knowledge & Merchandising

• Stay updated on product details, offers, and promotions .
• Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing store layout .
• Ensure stock availability and assist in inventory management .

3. Payment & Billing Support

• Handle billing, payments, and invoicing efficiently.
• Assist customers with exchanges, refunds, and returns as per policy.
• Ensure all transactions are accurate and documented properly .

4. Customer Relationship & Feedback Management

• Build long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat sales.
• Collect and report customer feedback for service improvements .
• Follow up with customers regarding special offers, new arrivals, and promotions .

5. Store Operations & Team Coordination

• Support the team in maintaining cleanliness and order in the store .
• Participate in sales meetings and training sessions .
• Adhere to company policies and operational guidelines .
