Job Location: Zirakhpur punjab / Lucknow //UP/ Rohini Delhi / Bareilly UP

Salary Up to: 5 - 5.5 LPA

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Academic Counselor to join our team at Emversity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students in selecting suitable courses, assisting with admissions, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. Key Responsibilities:

Counsel prospective students regarding course selection, career opportunities, and academic pathways.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
Guide students through the admission process and ensure smooth enrollment.
Understand student requirements and provide accurate information about our programs.
Follow up with potential leads to maximize conversions.
Maintain records of student interactions and regularly update the CRM.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to achieve admission targets.

Requirements:

Minimum experience in academic counseling or a similar role.
Strong communication skills in both Hindi and English.
Ability to handle student queries with patience and professionalism.
Knowledge of the education industry, admissions, and counseling techniques.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
Target-driven mindset with excellent persuasion skills.
