We are a recruitment Russian company located in Russia.
We are looking for a professional recruiter locally in India to help hire specialists in the construction industry for further processing of candidates for companies in Russia.
Your responsibilities:
1) search for candidates ' resumes and send them to us
2) selection of candidates according to our requirements&
3) clarification of information from the candidate according to our request
4) conducting interviews with candidate and our management
5) accompanying the candidate in India to obtain all the necessary documentation for work in Russia (migration card, work permit, passing a medical commission, etc.)
6) English(necessarily) and& Hindi (preferably)
Important: you are an Indian citizen (preferably) and you are registered as self-employed, there is an opportunity to register as self-employed.
We will enter into a service agreement with you and pay you a monthly salary 50000 rub.
