Job Description

1. Architect for work from office ( Not work from home)

2. Residential interior designing project related working experience of 2-3 years

3. Concept creation, working drawings detailing/drafting for all areas&

Conceptual Design & Planning: Develop innovative design concepts based on client needs and site conditions.
Drafting & Modeling: Create architectural drawings, 3D models, and detailed blueprints using software like AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
Project Management: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and execution from start to finish.
Code Compliance & Regulations: Ensure designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and sustainability standards.
Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, contractors, and interior designers to coordinate all project aspects.
Client Communication: Present designs and progress updates to clients, incorporating feedback into final plans.
Site Visits & Inspections: Conduct on-site evaluations to monitor construction progress and resolve any design challenges.

Skills:

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and BIM software .

Strong knowledge of building codes, construction materials, and sustainability principles .

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Ability to create detailed construction drawings and specifications .
