• Office Maintenance:
  • Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of all office areas, including workstations, meeting rooms, and common areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Maintenance & Cleanliness:

• Keep the office, pantry, and common areas clean and organized.
• Dispose of trash and ensure hygiene is maintained.

Assisting Staff & Visitors:

• Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to employees and guests.
• Arrange meeting rooms and ensure they are well-prepared.

Handling Office Supplies & Documents:

• Collect and distribute documents, files, and couriers.
• Maintain stock of office supplies and inform management when replenishment is needed.

Errand Running & Miscellaneous Tasks:

• Assist with photocopying, scanning, and basic clerical tasks.
• Run office-related errands, such as banking or purchasing essentials.
