Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects and ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising on-site activities, coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring safety compliance, and reporting progress to management.
Key Responsibilities:
Site Supervision & Execution:
- Oversee daily site operations and ensure work is completed on time.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and laborers to meet project deadlines.
- Ensure quality control by monitoring materials and workmanship.
Project Coordination & Reporting:
- Maintain site records, progress reports, and work schedules .
- Provide regular updates to the project manager or senior management .
- Handle on-site problem-solving and address any project challenges.
Safety & Compliance:
- Ensure all safety guidelines and regulations are followed at the site.
- Conduct safety briefings and toolbox talks for workers.
- Ensure the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) .
Communication & Team Management:
- Supervise and assign tasks to workers, subcontractors, and suppliers .
- Act as a liaison between management and on-site teams .
- Address and resolve site conflicts or workforce issues .
