MITSUBISHI PLC PROGRAMMER (5 years experience must)
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Mitsubishi PLC Programmer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in programming, configuring, and maintaining Mitsubishi PLC systems in an industrial setting.
You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and troubleshooting PLC programs to ensure smooth and efficient automation operations.
Key Responsibilities
PLC Programming: Develop, program, and implement Mitsubishi PLC control systems, ensuring they meet all project requirements.
Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Diagnose and resolve PLC-related issues in machinery and equipment to minimize downtime. System
Integration: Integrate PLCs with other control systems (HMI, SCADA, sensors, drives, Robot, Machine Vision, Valve bank etc.) for seamless operation.
Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for PLC programs, system designs, wiring diagrams, and troubleshooting procedures.
Testing & Debugging: Perform system tests and simulations, debugging PLC code to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Collaboration: Work closely with the electrical engineering team, automation engineers, and other stakeholders to design and improve control systems.
Software Development: Develop and modify PLC code using Mitsubishi GX Works2, GX Works3, or other Mitsubishi PLC software. Compliance & Standards: Ensure all programs are compliant with industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices
. Knowledge of Industrial Networking and communications: protocol like Modbus, TCP, Ethernet TCP / IP, Device Net, Profinet, Profibus, EtherCAT,CC-Link etc. Knowledge of third-party devices: Machine Vision, Valve Bank, RFID, other Remote Devices, Sensors etc. Hands-on experience with Mitsubishi PLC programming software (e.g., GX Works2, GX Works3, MELSEC).
Familiarity with control systems, HMI, SCADA, and industrial automation.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of PLC programming languages (e.g., ladder logic, structured text, function block). Knowledge of Mitsubishi PLC hardware (e.g., MELSEC-Q, MELSEC-FX series). Proficiency with electrical schematics, system troubleshooting, and PLC diagnostics.
Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Additional Skills (optional): Experience with other PLC brands (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Omron) or SCADA/HMI
