Job Description
Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Arithmetic Trainer to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mathematics and a proven track record of effective teaching. The position requires an individual who is committed to delivering high-quality education and fostering a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:&
Conduct offline Arithmertic training sessions for students.&
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the curriculum requirements.&
Assess students ' progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.&
Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.&
Prepare and deliver educational materials and resources.&
Assist in the development and enhancement of the maths curriculum.&
Participate in faculty meetings and professional development sessions.
Qualifications:&
Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience in mathematics .
Bachelors degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.&
Strong knowledge of mathematical concepts and teaching methodologies .
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .
Ability to engage and motivate students.&
Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching.&
Experience with various teaching tools and technologies.&
Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners.&
Strong organizational and time-management skills
