Primary Skills :- Sales & Marketing- Sales Enquiry- B2B PlatformSecondary Skills :- Calls- Tally- MS OfficeJob Description :- Handle and generate sales inquiries via phone calls, emails, and B2B platforms, and make sales calls to market the company s products.- Responsible for complete client servicing, acting as a link between customers, the head office, and the production unit (factory).- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, price negotiations, purchase orders (P.O.), and P.O. execution.- Coordinate with the production and logistics departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and payment realization.- Identify new opportunities and leads through cold calling, emailing, and B2B platforms, and follow up with prospects in a timely and systematic manner.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at the customer level.- This position requires the ability to act independently and take initiative, with supervision from managers.
