Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a robust sales strategy tailored to the Mumbai market. Identify new business opportunities and nurture existing accounts to achieve revenue targets.
Technical Expertise & Solution Selling: Leverage technical knowledge to understand client needs, present customized solutions, and explain basic technical concepts in an accessible manner.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact for sales inquiries, technical information, and ongoing support.
Market Insights & Analysis: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market changes to inform sales strategies and enhance client proposals.
Collaboration with Technical Teams: Work closely with technical and product teams to tailor solutions, align on client requirements, and ensure smooth product integration for clients.
Proposal Development & Presentations: Prepare, present, and negotiate proposals that align with client needs and highlight the technical strengths of our solutions.
Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking: Track and analyse sales performance, pipeline progress, and customer feedback. Provide regular updates to senior management and recommend actions to improve outcomes.
Required Qualifications
Educational Background: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
Leve of Experience
5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years of experience in a technically-oriented sales role, ideally within top industries
Technical Knowledge: Proficient understanding of product, e.g., Excel, PPT, SaaS solutions. etc.
Sales Acumen: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, build strong client relationships, and close deals effectively.
CRM Proficiency: Familiar with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho for sales tracking and performance analysis.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.
