1. Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and proactive follow-up.
2. Providing hospitality services for clients, including arranging accommodations, transportation, and dining reservations.
3. Handle administrative tasks such as clients meetings and managing correspondence.
4. Provide support during client meetings and events, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
5. Professional and Personal discretion. Various Ad-hoc request.
Technical & Soft Skills:
- Fluent in English & other regional languages & (spoken & written).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) .
