Key Responsibilities
1 Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers .
Understand clients financial goals and recommend suitable products (loans, insurance, mutual funds, etc.).
Provide excellent after-sales service to enhance customer loyalty.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests professionally .
2 Sales & Business Development
Cross-sell and upsell banking, loan, and insurance products based on customer needs.
Generate new business leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling .
Meet and exceed sales targets for financial products .
Conduct financial needs assessments and offer tailored solutions .
3 Product Knowledge & Compliance
Stay updated with banking & financial regulations, market trends, and competitors products .
Educate customers about the features, benefits, and risks of financial products .
Ensure adherence to banking and financial compliance guidelines .
4 Customer Retention & Engagement
Develop and implement customer engagement programs .
Organize financial literacy sessions and awareness programs .
Follow up with clients for renewals, repayments, and policy updates .
