Wanted Female Office Staff

Job Summary:

We are looking for a female office staff with good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and organizational abilities . The role involves handling phone calls, maintaining files, data entry, and assisting with office operations . Freshers and experienced candidates with any UG or PG degree can apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Administration:

• Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls professionally.
• Maintain and organize files, documents, and office records .
• Assist with basic office correspondence (emails, letters, etc.) .
• Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow.

Computer & Data Entry Work:

• Perform basic typing tasks and data entry in MS Word/Excel.
• Update and maintain office databases and records .
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations if required.

Customer & Staff Coordination:

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, or customers .
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and calls .
• Support HR/admin tasks like attendance records and staff coordination .
