Required Telecaller - Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Lead Follow-ups:

• Call potential customers and inform them about available two-wheeler models, prices, and offers.
• Follow up with leads from inquiries, walk-ins, and online sources .
• Convince customers to visit the showroom for test rides and bookings.

Customer Support & Coordination:

• Assist customers with loan & finance options for two-wheeler purchases.
• Provide details on insurance, RTO registration, and servicing plans .
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.

Data Entry & Reporting:

• Maintain a record of customer calls, inquiries, and follow-ups .
• Update sales reports and lead status in the showroom database.
• Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into purchases.
