PURPOSE OF THE JOB Drive the organization s sales plan for the VRM business division by meeting annual customer acquisition and revenue targets RESPONSIBILITIES - Lead, coach, and manage a team of VRM executives to ensure they meet individual and collective sales targets.
-Regularly monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide timely feedback and training.
-Foster a high-performance culture by motivating team members and driving accountability.
-Drive the achievement of sales targets for the VRM channel, ensuring the team consistently meets or exceeds goals.
-Ensure accurate and consistent use of CRM tools to manage leads and optimize sales opportunities.
-Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to design sales campaigns that resonate with target customers, particularly NRIs and international clients.
-Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing prompt and effective responses to client inquiries.
-Oversee the development of strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering appropriate life insurance solutions.
-Lead efforts to enhance customer retention and engagement through proactive communication and service excellence.
-Manage day-to-day operations of the VRM team, ensuring all processes and workflows are optimized for maximum efficiency.
-Monitor call quality and productivity metrics, ensuring adherence to established KPIs.
-Ensure the team follows all compliance and regulatory guidelines, including data security protocols and insurance regulations.
