Job Description
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct frequent market visits to generate leads and develop new business opportunities.
-Regularly engage with key and loyal customers to strengthen relationships and identify opportunities for spares and service sales, including up-selling and cross-selling.
-Analyze customer buying behaviour and decision-making processes to effectively highlight the unique selling propositions (USPs) of our products.
-Maintain and update the enquiry pipeline and visit plans regularly to ensure consistent follow-ups.
-Monitor competitor activities, analyze their strengths and weaknesses, and provide actionable feedback to the management.
-Close technical and commercial enquiries efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
-Train and support Channel Partner sales teams to enhance their capabilities and align their efforts with company goals.
-Track and support Channel Partner prospect activities to ensure monthly and yearly sales targets are met.
-Ensure Channel Partner business models comply with company policies and escalate any issues as needed.
-Identify and onboard new dealers in various cities to expand market reach.Skills and Qualifications: - Highly motivated with the ability to work independently within the assigned territory.
-Excellent interpersonal, presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
-Proactive communicator with a solution-oriented approach.
-Adaptable and eager to learn about new products and market trends.
-Strong understanding of sales strategies and business development techniques.
-Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
-B. Tech or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 1 year- (3 years for Diploma holders) of relevant sales experience in the industry. (ref:updazz.com)
