Job Description
Responsibilities and roles: - The sales manager s team will be in charge of hiring life insurance advisors from their personal and professional networks.
-Keep an eye on the Agency team s daily operations, planning, and execution.
-Find and hire possible insurance advisors - Keeping agents inspired and fostering a lasting relationship between them and the business.
-Supervising the sales team s performance and activities.
-Establishing trusting relationships with the clients and the staff.
