Required Education Counsellor - Delhi

Job Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and student-focused Education Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students and parents about educational programs, courses, career paths, and admissions. You will play a key role in helping students make informed decisions about their academic and professional future. As an Education Counsellor, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students and will be expected to build trust, provide accurate information, and assist them throughout the enrolment or admission process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand students academic background, interests, and career goals to provide personalized course or college recommendations.
• Counsel students and parents through phone, email, video calls, or face-to-face meetings regarding various programs offered by the institution.
• Provide detailed information about courses, fees, duration, eligibility, career outcomes, and placement support.
• Help students understand admission requirements, application procedures, entrance exams (if any), and deadlines.
• Follow up with potential leads and enquiries to convert them into admissions.
• Maintain and update records of all counselling sessions, leads, and admissions using CRM software or Excel.
• Coordinate with the admissions or academic team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for students.
• Conduct webinars, seminars, or one-on-one sessions at schools, colleges, or career fairs when needed.
• Build rapport with walk-in and online leads and establish a long-term connection.
• Keep updated with new courses, university collaborations, industry trends, and education policies.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly counselling and conversion targets as assigned by the management.
• Handle objections or concerns raised by students/parents and provide prompt solutions.
• Share student feedback with relevant departments to improve service and offerings.
