Sr. Manager - Sales and Operation SalesMultiple Locations - Delhi, Gurgaon, NCR, & Noida, Mumbai, Goa, Pune, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Kochi, Chennai, Kolkata, Himanchal Pradesh, and Jaipur.Job Description:1. Develop and Implement a sales strategy: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve company targets for revenue and market share. This includes identifying new business opportunities, setting sales targets, and developing strategies to meet those targets.2. Manage and lead the operations sales team: Manage and lead the operations sales team, including hiring, training, and performance management. This includes setting targets, providing guidance and support to team members, and ensuring the team is motivated and working collaboratively to achieve sales objectives.3. Building Customer Relationships: A sales manager must build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring their needs are being met, and addressing any concerns they may have. This involves developing effective communication strategies and regularly engaging with customers to understand their needs and preferences.4. Identify new potential customers: Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients. This includes conducting market visits to identify trends, competitor activity, and potential clients.5. Managing Sales Leads: A sales manager must manage the organization s sales leads effectively, ensuring that they are properly nurtured and converted into sales. This involves developing effective lead management strategies, providing ongoing training to the sales team, and leveraging technology to improve the lead management process.6. Managing Customer Feedback: A sales manager must manage customer feedback effectively, ensuring that customer concerns and issues are addressed in a timely and effective manner. This involves creating a customer feedback system, analyzing customer feedback data, and using this information to improve the organization s products, services, and sales processes.7. Represent the company at industry events: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
