Job Description:
Lead Conversion: Achieve monthly enrolment targets by converting inquiries into sales through calls, emails, and events, ensuring 80% follow-up efficiency.
Revenue Growth: Exceed quarterly sales goals for Test Prep and G4-G10 Tuitions, focusing on high-demand regions (APTS, TN, MAH).
Relationship Management: Maintain 95% student/parent satisfaction via personalized counselling and post-enrolment support, documented in CRM.
Skills & Qualification:
Good command over English, Hindi & regional languages.
CRM/data management proficiency.
Empathy to address student/parent concerns.
Persuasive communication & negotiation.
