Required Telecaller - Coimbatore

Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, assisting them with inquiries, and promoting our products/services. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to engage and build relationships with customers over the phone. Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads or promote products/services.
• Answer inbound calls and provide information on products/services.
• Qualify leads and identify customer needs to ensure the right solutions are offered.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of company products/services to respond effectively to customer inquiries.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
• Schedule appointments or product demonstrations based on customer interest.
• Follow up with potential customers to close sales and ensure satisfaction.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during customer interactions.
