Job Title: Python Developer - Fresher& Location: Remote / Bangalore (Hybrid)&
Role Overview& We are looking for passionate freshers who are excited to work in a startup environment and build real products from the ground up. You ll work closely with senior developers and domain experts to design, build, and improve key features of our AI CRM product. & What You ll Do& - Write clean and efficient code using Python.& - Work with PostgreSQL (or any SQL DB) to store, retrieve, and manage application data.& - Use LLM tools like ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or others to accelerate coding and problem-solving.& - Collaborate with the team to solve real-world problems in pharma/life sciences CRM workflows.& - Participate in Agile sprints, brainstorming sessions, and daily standups.& What We re Looking For& - Solid understanding of Python programming projects, internships, or academic coursework.& - Familiarity with any SQL-based database (PostgreSQL preferred).& - Awareness or interest in using LLM-based tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) to enhance productivity.& - Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and a self-starter attitude.& - Ability to learn quickly and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
