Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Faculty for intermediate MPC and BIPC subjects & with an well experienced candidate for 2-3 years. We also give yearly bonus for our candidates & also benefits within their work period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and concept-driven classroom sessions for MPC/BIPC students.
- Design lesson plans and study materials aligned with the Intermediate Board curriculum (State/CBSE).
- Prepare students for both board exams and competitive entrance exams (NEET/JEE/EAMCET).
- Conduct regular tests, quizzes, and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Evaluate student progress through assessments and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain a positive, disciplined, and inspiring learning environment.
- Collaborate with fellow faculty members and academic coordinators on curriculum planning.
- Participate in staff meetings, parent-teacher meetings, and training sessions.
- Stay updated with changes in exam patterns, syllabus, and teaching methodologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Master 's degree in the relevant subject (Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or Biology).
- B.Ed or teaching certification preferred but not mandatory.
- Prior teaching experience at the Intermediate/PUC level or in coaching institutes is a plus.
- Strong command over the subject with clarity in explanation and problem-solving.
- Ability to handle both classroom and digital/online teaching platforms.
- Good communication skills in English and regional language (Telugu preferred).
- Passion for student development and mentoring.
