-The vision of Knya is to fill in the gap of functional and fashionable medical apparel for the medical industry across the country at multiple levels.

-Since its inception, Knya products have been delivered to 900 cities and 200 medical institutes across India. Overview: We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Art Director to lead our design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visual storytelling, exceptional design skills, and a proven ability to manage and inspire a team. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute innovative design concepts that align with brand objectives and resonate with target audiences.
-Oversee all aspects of visual design, including graphics, photography, and motion elements, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and impactful creative strategies.
-Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
-Mentor and guide a team of designers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Requirements: - Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects), and familiarity with Figma or similar tools.
-Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, versatility, and the ability to lead visually compelling projects.
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in art direction and team management.
-Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics. Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in branding and marketing campaigns.
