We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our jewellery store as a Jewellery Counter Sales Staff. As a vital member of our team, you will play a key role in enhancing customer experiences and contributing to the overall success of our store. Your passion for jewellery, excellent communication skills will be invaluable in helping our customers find the perfect pieces.
Responsibilities:
1. Customer Assistance: Greet customers, understand their needs, and provide knowledgeable assistance in selecting jewellery items.
2. Product Knowledge: Have in-depth knowledge about the jewellery products available in the store, including gemstones, metals, and craftsmanship techniques.
3. Sales: Actively promote and sell jewellery items to customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
4. Customer Engagement: Build strong customer relationships by engaging in meaningful conversations and understanding customer preferences.&
5. Payment Processing: Handle cash, credit card transactions, and ensure accurate processing of payments.
6. Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining an appealing and organized jewellery display, ensuring products are presented attractively.
7. Inventory Management: Monitor and track inventory levels, restock products, and report shortages to the management.
8. Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints courteously and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
9. Security: Adhere to security and safety protocols, including handling valuable jewellery items responsibly.
10. Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues and support teamwork within the store to create a positive work environment.
11. Jewellery Care Education: Educate customers on proper jewellery care, including cleaning and maintenance, to ensure the longevity of their purchases.
Requirements:
1.Experience: Previous experience in jewellery sales or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Training will be provided.
2. Passion for Jewellery: Genuine interest in jewellery, gemstones, and fashion trends.
3. Sales Acumen: Proven ability to drive sales, upsell products, and meet or exceed sales targets.
4. Customer Focus: Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to create a memorable shopping experience for customers.
5. Communication: Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate information clearly and concisely.
6. Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail, especially when handling delicate jewellery items and processing transactions.
7. Team Player: Collaborative attitude and willingness to work in a team-oriented environment.
