Customer Interaction Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate two-wheeler models based on their preferences and budget.&
Product Knowledge Maintain in-depth knowledge of the latest two-wheeler models, features, and specifications. Be well-versed in the benefits of different models and accessories to guide customers effectively.&
Sales Process Lead customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery. This includes explaining pricing, discussing financing options, providing test rides, and finalizing sales contracts.&
Achieve Sales Targets Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the dealership s revenue growth.&
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals. Follow up with leads, and manage ongoing customer communications post-sale.&
Documentation Prepare and manage all necessary documentation related to the sale, including sales contracts, vehicle registrations, financing paperwork, and delivery schedules.&
Test Rides Schedule and accompanies customers on test rides, guiding the features and handling of the vehicle.&
Customer Feedback Collect feedback from customers about their experience with the dealership and report insights to management for continuous improvements.
