Required Salesforce Developer - Bangalore

We are looking for a talented Salesforce developer to design world-class Salesforce applications for our evolving CRM requirements. As a Salesforce developer, you will be responsible for developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. You will also analyze project objectives, create customer workflows, and troubleshoot errors. To ensure success as a Salesforce developer, you should have extensive experience working with Salesforce CRM platforms, application development skills, and the ability to solve complex software problems. Ultimately, a top-class Salesforce developer can create dynamic and scalable Salesforce applications that meet the changing needs of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Custom Development & Configuration

• Design and develop customized solutions in Salesforce using Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components (Aura/LWC), and workflows.
• Customize Salesforce objects, fields, layouts, record types, and validation rules based on business requirements.
• Implement automation using Flows, Process Builder, and Approval Processes.
• Configure Salesforce applications to support business operations across Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud.

2. Integration and API Development

• Integrate Salesforce with internal and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and middleware platforms like MuleSoft or Dell Boomi.
• Develop and maintain custom interfaces between Salesforce and other platforms (ERP, web applications, data warehouses, etc.).
• Ensure secure, scalable, and efficient data exchange between systems.

3. Data Management

• Manage data migration, data cleansing, and data transformation using tools like Data Loader, Workbench, and ETL solutions.
• Ensure data integrity and optimize data models for performance.
• Develop reports and dashboards to support business intelligence and decision-making.

4. Collaboration and Project Delivery

• Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver optimal solutions.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Provide estimates, timelines, and progress updates for assigned tasks and development work.

5. Testing and Deployment

• Write and execute unit tests and integration tests to ensure code quality and compliance.
• Maintain high code coverage and follow Salesforce best practices for development and deployment.
• Use tools like Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Copado, Gearset) for version control and automated deployment.

6. Support and Maintenance

• Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot technical issues, and resolve bugs or performance bottlenecks.
• Monitor system performance and suggest enhancements or optimizations.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and evaluate new features for implementation.
