BMS Operations Expert Wanted Apply Now Job Description Your Impact: We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient BMS Operator to join our facility management team in Chennai. The BMS Operator will be responsible for monitoring, controlling, and optimizing the operation of our Building Management System BMS to ensure efficient energy utilization, comfortable indoor environments, and the proper functioning of building systems. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, and other building systems, as well as proficiency in operating BMS software. Key Responsibilities: Monitor the BMS for alarms, system malfunctions, and performance deviations in our Chennai buildings. Respond promptly to alarms and initiate appropriate troubleshooting and corrective actions. Control and adjust building systems HVAC, lighting, etc. through the BMS interface to optimize performance and energy efficiency. Generate reports on building system performance, energy consumption, and alarm history. Analyze BMS data to identify trends, potential issues, and opportunities for optimization. Communicate effectively with maintenance teams regarding system issues and coordinate repair activities within our Chennai facilities. What you Need: Thorough knowledge of insurance payer rules, regulations, and timely filing limits in India. Ability to analyze and interpret Explanation of Benefits EOBs and remittance advice from Indian payers. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve claim issues. Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of calls and follow-up tasks efficiently.
