Job Summary:We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Inside Store Promoter to join our team. The role involves engaging with customers, promoting products, and driving sales within the store. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, approachable, and passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience while achieving sales targets.Key Responsibilities:Customer Engagement:Greet and approach customers as they enter the store.Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products or services.Product Promotion:Provide detailed information on product features, benefits, and usage.Conduct live demonstrations or distribute samples when applicable.Sales Achievement:Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.Upsell or cross-sell products to maximize revenue.Merchandising:Ensure products are well-displayed, clean, and visually appealing.Restock promotional items as needed.Feedback Collection:Gather customer feedback and share insights with management for process improvement.Reporting:Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and inventory levels.Provide daily or weekly sales reports to supervisors.Compliance and Standards:Adhere to store policies, promotional guidelines, and safety standards.Maintain professionalism and a tidy workspace at all times.Key Qualifications:Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor s degree preferred but not required).Experience: 1-2 years of experience in retail, sales, or a promotional role.Skills:Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Persuasive and goal-oriented with a sales-driven mindset.Ability to handle customer queries and complaints effectively.Working Conditions:Standing for extended periods in a retail environment.Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
