Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ITOM Lead / Architect to join our team on a remote basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Operations Management (ITOM) modules, including experience with scripting, integrations, and designing solutions within the ITOM framework.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, implementation, and configuration of ITOM solutions for clients.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver ITOM solutions that align with business objectives.
Develop and maintain custom scripts and automation solutions using tools like ServiceNow, Orchestration, and others as required.
Integrate ITOM solutions with other enterprise applications and third-party systems.
Drive best practices in ITOM processes and methodologies, ensuring efficient and scalable solutions.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to ITOM solutions and integrations.
Stay up to date with new ITOM features and technologies, and propose improvements to existing systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that solutions meet business needs.
Skills & Qualifications:
6 years of hands-on experience in ITOM modules (ServiceNow preferred).
Expertise in scripting (e.g., JavaScript, PowerShell, Python) for automation and integrations.
Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and CMDB management.
Proven experience with integrating ITOM solutions with various tools and platforms.
In-depth understanding of ServiceNow ITOM modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead and guide a team of engineers or developers.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITOM.
Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools for ITOM automation.
