Job Description
We are hiring a Team Leader - Digital Marketing with 3 to 5 years of experience in SEO and digital marketing. The ideal candidate will lead a team and drive online marketing strategies to improve performance and visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management and Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing executives, coordinators, and specialists.
- Assign tasks and monitor daily activities to ensure quality and timely delivery of marketing campaigns.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss strategy, progress, and challenges.
- Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to team members.
- Campaign Planning and Execution:
- Develop and manage digital marketing strategies across multiple channels including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, email marketing, and more.
- Plan and launch marketing campaigns aligned with product launches, events, or business promotions.
- Allocate and manage digital marketing budgets to optimize cost-efficiency and results.
- Coordinate with creative, design, and content teams for campaign assets.
- SEO and Website Optimization:
- Oversee on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
- Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush.
- Ensure website content is regularly updated and aligned with SEO best practices.
- Social Media Strategy:
- Supervise the planning, content creation, and scheduling of social media posts across platforms.
- Analyze social media engagement and performance metrics to adjust strategy as needed.
- Ensure brand consistency and audience engagement across all platforms.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track the performance of all digital marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports for senior management.
- Use insights and analytics to refine strategies and improve future campaign performance.
- Lead Generation and Conversion:
- Drive high-quality traffic to websites and landing pages to generate leads and sales.
- Implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques to improve the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales targets.
- Market Research and Trends:
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Research competitors and market conditions to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Explore new platforms or tools to improve campaign efficiency and reach.
