Job Description

Job Summary : We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented& Visual Editing& Designer& to join our team. You will be responsible for creating visually engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media. From concept to execution, you will bring ideas to life that inspire, inform, and captivate our audience.
Key Roles Description :

Create high-impact videos and reels for social media.
Work closely with the creative team to execute ideas.
Deliver visually polished edits with quick turnaround.
Maintain brand style and content consistency.

Preferred Qualifications :

Must be skilled in& (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut & DaVinci Resolve).
Strong sense of visual storytelling and editing flow.
Freshers with creative mindset encouraged.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:
- Create high-quality graphics, layouts, banners, and marketing materials for web, mobile, and print.
- Design social media posts, infographics, brochures, flyers, presentations, posters, and more.
- Ensure all visuals follow brand guidelines, tone, and design consistency.
Photo and Image Editing:
- Edit, retouch, and enhance images for use in advertisements, websites, and publications.
- Manipulate color, lighting, and composition to improve image quality.
- Remove backgrounds, correct imperfections, and prepare product images for e-commerce or catalogs.
Video Editing:
- Edit raw footage into polished video content for social media, websites, YouTube, ads, or internal use.
- Add transitions, effects, animations, text overlays, and background music.
- Ensure smooth flow, pacing, and storytelling in all video projects.
Animation and Motion Graphics (Optional):
- Create short animations, GIFs, logo reveals, or explainer videos using tools like After Effects.
- Collaborate with teams to develop engaging animated content for digital campaigns.
Content Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, content writers, photographers, and videographers to develop creative concepts.
- Understand the messaging and purpose behind each design or video to reflect the brand s voice.
- Provide design support during campaign planning, product launches, and events.
File Management and Delivery:
- Organize and manage design files, assets, and project folders.
- Export content in correct formats for web, print, or video platforms.
- Deliver files on time, optimized for performance (e.g., web resolution, file size, aspect ratio).
Feedback and Revisions:
- Take feedback from stakeholders and make revisions as required.
- Be open to constructive criticism and adapt designs accordingly.
- Ensure final versions meet quality standards and brand requirements.
